We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, held, nor stolen packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier and incorrect shipping information. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing order. Unfortunately, our shipping carrier can not ship to P.O. boxes, so please use a physical address. All issues should be directed to the shipping carrier once carrier is in control. International shipping is unavailable at the moment, but please check back soon for updates in the near future.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept cancellation within 2 hours after purchase. Due to sanitary reasons and prompt fulfillment, we don't accept returns nor exchanges. Everyone's safety is very important to us. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
